By using the services of Skylarviano Co., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide residential, commercial, construction, recycling, and roll-off dumpster waste management services in Fairfield, CT and surrounding areas.

3. Payment

Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to fees.

4. Prohibited Materials

Customers may not place hazardous waste, flammables, paints, tires, batteries, or electronics in standard containers. Additional charges may apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

Skylarviano Co. is not liable for damages caused by improper use of containers or for delays caused by weather, road closures, or events outside our control.

6. Cancellation

Service may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Equipment must be returned in good condition.
